


It very clearly lays out your workouts for the week, so every Monday you can log in and see how many resistance, liss, hiit, rehabilitation and rest sessions you should aim to complete that week. What can I say, I’m so impressed with this part of the app. Profile – This is where you enter all your personal information, height, weight and your diet choice (standard/vegan or vegetarian)įirstly I will cover the section I’ve used the most so far- which is the Today/Workouts section. Progress – here you can take your before picture and your progress pictures as you move along the programme. If I’ve missed anything or anything isn’t up to date please let me know!Įducation – where you can find advice and information on workouts, nutrition and meal tips from Kayla.įood – This is where you find your meal planners for the week ahead, recipes and a shopping list. The app has had a few updates and I wanted to try and cover everything in one new review.

I’m guessing the app will have lots of new users who have been waiting for this Android release and hopefully my review will give you the information you need. With the eagerly anticipated release of the Android version of the Sweat with Kayla app today (if it still says coming soon – it will be with you imminently) I thought I would recap on my recent reviews of the app since it was launched in November last year.
